We had a truly fantastic experience as a department working with Mike. He built wonderful relationships with our pupils and found creative, engaging ways to include everyone across the provision. The joy and confidence he brought to the sessions were clear, and this culminated in a lovely Christmas concert where every pupil was able to take part and feel proud of their contribution.
